A Law Firm with the Perfect Blend of Legal Skill and Client-Focused Service

When looking for legal help, many clients appreciate the service and personalized attention they receive from a solo attorney, but they may assume that only a larger firm can handle their complex legal matters. Thankfully, you don’t need to choose one or the other when you contact the Law Office of Amy S. Mello, LLC.

The firm is led by Amy S. Mello, a veteran attorney with nearly two decades of experience in estate planning and probate administration, family law, business law and civil litigation. What sets Attorney Mello’s practice apart is her talent and enthusiasm for complex cases that many other small firms would turn down. She regularly receives referrals from other attorneys for the way she handles highly complex and high-value estates, trusts and probate cases.

An Attorney with Local Roots and Community Connections

Ms. Mello is strongly connected – personally and professionally – to southeastern Massachusetts. After attending Old Rochester Regional High School, she went on to graduate magna cum laude from Bridgewater State College in December 1999. She received her juris doctorate degree, magna cum laude, in May 2003 from Roger Williams University School of Law as salutatorian.  The same year, she was admitted to both the legal bar for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Rhode Island.

A local attorney from Mattapoisett, Massachusetts, Ms. Mello enjoys living and practicing right here in the South Coast. Because much of her legal work is family-related, she is grateful for the opportunity to personally connect with her clients and to become invested in their lives.
